Misr Italia Properties organized a high-profile media tour to its flagship project, Solary Ras El Hekma, located at Kilometer 199 on Egypt’s North Coast. Led by Eng. Mohamed Khaled El Assal and Mr. Karim El Assal, Co-CEOs and Managing Directors, alongside top company executives and project partners, the visit aimed to review on-site construction progress and unveil the latest masterplan updates.
The tour coincided with the official launch of “Amare Seafront Villas,” the most distinguished residential district within Solary, encompassing over 25% of the total destination area. Situated just 200 meters from the shoreline at the forefront of Solary, Amare spans 120 acres and features elite seafront villas and cabanas. The residential units cascade across 7 levels and 9 tiers, reaching up to 25 meters above sea level to guarantee panoramic open sea views for every home.
During the field tour, attendees explored the Amare district, touring the model villa and cabana to experience the upscale coastal living concept firsthand. Misr Italia Properties highlighted advanced construction milestones on site, noting that 90% of concrete works for cabanas and 80% for villas have been completed, alongside 70% land leveling. Furthermore, construction across other launched phases like Lumiera and Cielo is moving at an accelerated pace, backed by major contracting agreements with Al Safa Contracting, Arabtec, and El Amarna.
