Marquee Developments participates in Cityscape Egypt with Exclusive Offers on its “Shababik” Project in New Cairo

Marquee Developments announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, Hall 4, C50, offering a range of exclusive and distinctive offers. The company is offering these special facilities on its first project, “Shababik,” in New Cairo, which represents its first venture into the Egyptian market with investments exceeding EGP 6 billion.
In this regard, Engineer Hazem Salama, Chairman of the Company, confirmed on the sidelines of their participation in Cityscape that “Shababik” is a fully integrated urban project with a modern architectural design that reflects the company’s commitment to providing added value to the Egyptian market. It is located in the heart of the Fifth Settlement on the North 90th Street in the North House area, covering an area of 15 acres, with a built-up area not exceeding 18%, while green spaces and services occupy approximately 82% of the total area. The project includes artificial lakes, landscaped areas, and integrated services that guarantee residents a unique quality of life.
Salama added that Marquee was established with Egyptian and European investments to develop a new generation of sustainable projects, drawing on the founders’ extensive experience spanning over 40 years in Egypt and several Arab and European countries. He emphasized that the company aims to become a leader in real estate development in the Egyptian market in the coming years by launching innovative projects that adhere to the highest standards of sustainability. He emphasized that the selection of successful partners from experienced firms such as MTA Mohamed Talaat Engineering Consulting Office, Moharram Bakhoum Group, and Plan OKO reflects the company’s commitment to global quality.
