Times Developments Outlines EGP 30 Billion Growth Agenda and Self-Funded Expansion in Egypt

Times Developments is scaling up its presence in the Egyptian real estate landscape under the leadership of Chairman Eng. Ahmed El Sergany, committing EGP 30 billion toward construction investments over a two-year period.
Driven by a robust financial framework, the enterprise relies heavily on self-financing to acquire land completely free of heavy bank debt, giving it distinctive leverage against shifting market conditions and material costs.
As part of its long-term portfolio growth, the developer is actively assessing new property acquisition channels across West Cairo, the Red Sea, and the North Coast to tap into high-demand second-home and hospitality markets.
A core pillar of its blueprint is the promotion of low-density Boutique Compounds, where construction footprints are capped at 15% to prioritize green landscapes, smart infrastructure, and high privacy.
Holding over 55 feddans in East Cairo—specifically through the Aster and Avelin properties—Times Developments emphasizes launching projects only after substantial on-site progress has been made.
Notably, the initial phase comprising 450 residential units at Aster Residence within New Cairo’s Golden Square remains on schedule for handover by the close of the year.
