AREVA Development Wins 3 Awards for GLARE Project from International Property Awards

AREVA Development, a subsidiary of Nozha Investment Group, celebrated winning three international awards from International Property Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious institutions specializing in awarding prestigious prizes in the real estate development sector. The awards were presented for GLARE Project as Best Mixed-Use Project and Best Sustainable Project, qualifying the project to win the third award for Best Project Design in the Arab World.
Eng. Amr Yassin, CEO of Areva Development, expressed his pride in receiving this prestigious award. During his speech at the ceremony, which was organized by the company and attended by a number of real estate developers, journalists, media professionals, and the company’s success partners, he emphasized that these awards represent global recognition of the company’s unique and innovative projects in the Egyptian market. The company also took safety and environmental standards into account by using antibacterial paints and non-slip floors, and equipping the building with advanced waste management systems. Furthermore, the project is equipped to accommodate people of determination, reflecting a true commitment to the concept of sustainable development.
