The Egyptian market witnessed the establishment of Ai BEYOT in early 2026, marking the launch of the first Egyptian company specializing in the development and manufacturing of modular and prefabricated solutions and units, building on the more than two decades of experience of its founder, Eng. Hazem Helmy, in prefabricated buildings, project management, and construction.
Ai BEYOT introduces a new model for modular solutions that integrates design, engineering, and local manufacturing, aiming to provide more flexible spaces with faster execution, while allowing units to be transported, installed, and modified according to the nature of each project and specific usage requirements.
Ai BEYOT’s solutions are manufactured locally at the company’s factory in Egypt through an integrated process that covers the entire journey from design and customization to manufacturing, transportation, installation, after-sales services, and maintenance.
Commenting on the company’s launch, Eng. Hazem Helmy, Founder of Ai BEYOT, said that the company was established based on extensive practical experience in the prefabricated buildings sector. He explained that Ai BEYOT aims to deliver solutions that combine engineering efficiency, design, and flexibility, while relying on local manufacturing.
He added that evolving user and project requirements are driving the need for more flexible approaches to creating and equipping spaces. This is what Ai BEYOT seeks to address through customizable and adaptable solutions tailored to different applications and requirements.
The company’s portfolio includes a range of solutions such as Space Capsules, Foldable Caravans, Smart Caravans, Multi-Room Foldable Caravans, and Site Offices, in addition to the ability to develop new solutions based on specific usage requirements.
Ai BEYOT also integrates technology into its products through features such as remote and voice control, as well as the option to equip selected units with solar power systems. The company also utilizes structures and materials designed to provide high levels of protection and resistance against rust, fire, water, and dust.
The company offers extensive customization options covering dimensions, internal layouts, functions, equipment, designs, and finishes, with more than 50 designs and 220 colors available as part of its customization options.
The company’s integrated offering also extends to after-sales and maintenance services, including a five-year warranty, as well as transportation, installation, and ongoing support services.
Ai BEYOT’s solutions are designed to reduce the time required to deliver and prepare spaces. Depending on the type of unit and project requirements, some solutions can be prepared within 45 days, while certain Space Capsule solutions can take up to 75 days.
Through its launch in the Egyptian market, Ai BEYOT aims to contribute to the development of the modular solutions sector locally, offering alternatives that combine speed of execution, flexibility, design, and technology, while relying on local manufacturing in Egypt.
