PLDG Development obtains the ministerial approval for “Etlala” project to lead the urban development in New October
PLDG Development company, announced that it obtained the ministerial approval for “Etlala” project in New October City, which marks a significant milestone for the company, as the first ministerial approval issued for a project on the Oasis Road in New October City, reflecting the company’s leadership in driving urban development in the area and assuring the project’s readiness to move to the implementation phase according to the highest planning and regulatory standards.
Eng Mohamed Madi, Chairman of PLDG Development, explained that obtaining the ministerial approval marks a new starting point for accelerating development on the Oasis Road which is regarded a key axis for urban expansion in west Cairo, noting that this makes PLDG Development the first developer to lead the actual development process in the area, paving the way for further investments and urban projects.
