Misr Italia Properties has recently sealed an agreement, valued at EGP 500 million, with Group for Constructions and Alandalos for Construction & Reconstruction. Both partnerships are set to speed construction works at IL BOSCO City in New Cairo as well as IL BOSCO and Vinci in the New Administrative Capital.
The signing was attended by Eng. Mohamed Khaled El Assal & Eng. Mohamed Hany El Assal, CEOs & Managing Directors of Misr Italia Properties, Mr. Sherif Saleh, Co-CEO of Misr Italia Properties, Eng. Ayman Shimy, CPO of Misr Italia Properties, Eng. Ahmed Mohamed Youssef, CEO of Group for Constructions, and Eng. Sami Gergis Ezequiel, CEO of Alandalos for Construction & Reconstruction. Attendees went on a site visit to the Sila apartments phase in IL BOSCO City to assess the mobilization efforts and review the progress achieved thus far.

IL BOSCO City in New Cairo spans 268 acres, employing advanced technological and smart solutions to host the unique 15-minute city concept. This vision aims to enhance residents’ quality of life by providing quick access to surrounding facilities within 15 minutes of walking or cycling. The Sila zone construction is progressing according to schedule – with excavations and grading successfully complete – and construction is set to extend over the upcoming 14 months, with the first delivery set for October 2024. Notably, concrete works for 76 villas have been completed, scheduled to start delivery in October 2024, with exterior finishing to go underway soon. The project’s master plan was crafted by Callison RTKL in Dallas, USA, while landscape design was executed by Stefano Boeri Architects in Milan, Italy. The project encompasses various amenities, including a sports club, international school, medical center, commercial hub, green river, pedestrian zones, cycling lanes, and mesmerizing green landscapes.
