The Land Developers (TLD), a leading real estate developer, announced the launch of “Laguna”, the company’s latest extension of il Bayou project in Sahl Hasheesh, Red Sea with a total investment of EGP 2 billion. The new extension brings an additional 80,000 sqm to the current area, bringing the total project space to 125,000 sqm with targeted sales of EGP 550 million. Capitalizing on the remarkable success of selling out the first and second phases within just one year in il Bayou project, this strategic milestone reaffirms TLD’s unwavering commitment to investing in key touristic destinations, in alignment with the state’s vision for tourism development and urban planning.
“Laguna” is the first phase of a fully-fledged coastal residential and hotel project, strategically located as an extension to il Bayou.
