Khaled Sabry Holding contracts with “Kelma Development Consulting” and “MOD+Partners ” for the master plan and engineering Consulting of its “Rosail City” project

Khaled Sabry Holding Company announced the opening of the reservation for its latest residential project, “Rosail City”, in Mostakbal City.

Engineer Khaled Sabry, Chairman of Khaled Sabry Holding the leading real estate development company, said that “Rosail City” project is an integrated residential city with luxurious amenities on an area of ​​56 acres in Mostakbal City in New Cairo.
The project is the first of its kind that keeps pace with the international real estate development standards in Egypt.

He explained that a contract was signed with Kelma development Consulting to prepare technical and financial studies for the project, in addition to contracting with MOD + Partner as an engineering consultant for the project, in order to provide various engineering solutions and designs that meet the needs and requirements of all targeted social segments.

He also explained that the cooperation between Kelma Development Consulting and MOD+Partners comes within the company’s plan to expand its real estate projects portfolio in the Egyptian market to provide a different and unique real estate product that provides innovative solutions in New Cairo.

Eng. Khaled Sabry indicated that the Egyptian real estate market needs more real estate and residential projects currently, due to the population increase, and that the current time was chosen to launch the project in order to contribute to the activity of the Egyptian economy by providing job opportunities and providing adequate housing for a large number of clients.

Pointing out that the company aims to offer a large number of project units to Egyptians working abroad to support the export of Egyptian real estate.

For his part, Engineer Ahmed Youssef, CEO of Kelma Development Consulting , said that cooperation with Khaled Sabry Holding aims to develop the technical, financial and marketing study for the “Rosail City” project and work on the company’s plan and objectives in their expansion plan in implementing a real estate project that offers a different product.

He pointed out that Kelma development succeeded in defining the goals and visions of Khaled Sabry Holding Company in choosing “Al Mostakbal City” as the starting point for their new project, the city that considered one of the best residential and investment areas, as a result of several elements, including the multiple axes of the city, good planning, population density and services. He explained that the Rosail City project is characterized by a built-up area of only 18%, which means a low population density, and 82% of the area consists of green spaces, water bodies, artificial lakes, and services.
