Empire State launches Cyan tourism project in Ras Sedr on an area of ​​14 acres

Empire State Developments Company launched its distinctive project “Cyan” in Ras Sedr city, on an area of ​​14 acres in one of the most privileged locations in the city.

Moustafa Mohsen, Empire State Chairman, said that the project includes many competitive advantages that suit the targeted clients and those looking for a privileged location, stable climate and an integrated project, as the project is only 100 minutes away from Cairo, and the client can also spend his holidays in a charming quiet place in Cyan – Ras Sedr.

He added that the project is an addition to the previous works of Empire State, and achieves diversity in the company’s projects portfolio, and meets the needs of a larger segment of clients looking for tourist accommodation with the advantages of the first housing, pointing that the company decided to be one of the first companies to invest in Ras Sedr.
