With investments exceeding EGP 30 billion, DIG Group has unveiled the latest financial and construction developments across its portfolio in Egypt\u2019s New Administrative Capital, alongside the launch of its fully completed \u201cTrack RAD\u201d project.<\/p>\n

The announcement was made during a recent media tour of the Group\u2019s project sites, attended by a group of journalists and media professionals, alongside members of DIG\u2019s Board of Directors.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
During the tour, Eng. Hussein Salah, Chairman of DIG Group, said the company has placed significant emphasis on accelerating construction across its projects, enabling it to achieve progress ahead of approved schedules and complete several phases earlier than planned.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
He emphasized that tangible progress on the ground remains the strongest foundation for building client confidence and demonstrating the Group\u2019s ability to fulfil its commitments.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Salah added that DIG\u2019s performance is supported by the partners\u2019 combined experience of more than 25 years in the real estate sector, the Group\u2019s strong financial solvency, careful advance planning, and the detailed assessment of each project before construction begins.<\/p>\n

He also highlighted DIG\u2019s \u201cgeneral contracting and in-house construction\u201d model across its projects. This approach gives the Group direct control over construction quality, costs, and delivery schedules, while helping mitigate the impact of rising building-material prices, cost variations, and wider market volatility.<\/p>\n

Eng. Hany Helmy, Co-Founder and Managing Director of DIG Group, revealed that the Group\u2019s investment portfolio has exceeded EGP 30 billion across eight distinctive projects in the New Administrative Capital.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Group has recorded approximately EGP 11.67 billion in cumulative contracted sales, representing 61.6% of the portfolio\u2019s total sales value.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Helmy explained that DIG offers only 75% of its total project inventory for sale and retains the remaining 25%. Accordingly, the Group has sold more than 82% of the inventory actually released to the market.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
He added that DIG has an established customer base of approximately 7,000 clients across the Group\u2019s companies.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Helmy noted that DIG is targeting EGP 4 billion in contracted sales by the end of 2026 and plans to more than double this figure to EGP 8 billion or more in 2027.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
He also highlighted the launch of \u201cTrack RAD\u201d in the Third Residential District, R3, which DIG is introducing as the first investment asset of its kind in the Egyptian real estate market to achieve 100% construction completion, secure the necessary licenses, and become ready for immediate operation before being commercially launched.<\/p>\n

Track RAD generated more than EGP 580 million in sales during its first week of launch.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Group\u2019s portfolio also includes \u201cDefaf,\u201d a residential development in the Eighth Residential District, R8. The project spans 20 feddans and has a building footprint of just 16.5%, providing extensive open spaces and integrated services.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DIG is also developing six adjacent towers in the New Administrative Capital\u2019s Downtown district, with a combined investment value exceeding EGP 11.3 billion. The towers have achieved an advanced sales rate of 85.1%.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Mohamed Fawzi, Chief Executive Officer of DIG Group, said the Group\u2019s strength is not based solely on the size of its investment portfolio or its sales performance, but also on the integration of its institutional structure and its ability to manage every stage of the development process\u2014from research and development, financing, and construction to marketing, management, and operation.<\/p>\n

He explained that DIG operates through an integrated corporate structure comprising strong finance, engineering, development, operations, sales, and marketing departments, alongside a specialized data analytics and risk management function, all supported by an advanced digital ecosystem.<\/p>\n

This structure enables accurate monitoring and faster decision-making, strengthens the Group\u2019s ability to anticipate risk and control costs, accelerates construction, improves operational efficiency, and supports the achievement of sales and marketing targets.<\/p>\n

Fawzi added that DIG has established strategic partnerships with leading specialized companies across its portfolio.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Property and facilities management has been assigned to HRE Properties, while A Plus, led by Ashraf El-Banna, manages and operates several hospitality and commercial properties across the Group\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Entertainment operations have been assigned to Golden Strike, while Healthy Care Medical Group will oversee medical operations. DIG is also collaborating with engineering consultancy firms AUE and Ray Design and is preparing to announce the hotel operator for the hospitality component of the Defaf project.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Fawzi also revealed that DIG is preparing to launch an extensive international promotional campaign during the fourth quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The roadshow will begin in Saudi Arabia, with stops in Jeddah and Riyadh, before moving to Abu Dhabi in the UAE. It will then continue to Italy in December, where the Group will participate in a major real estate exhibition marking its first entry into the European market.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
He emphasized that the campaign aims not only to generate direct sales but also to establish a strong international presence for the DIG brand and reach new segments of investors, clients, and Egyptians living abroad.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
These plans align with DIG\u2019s intensive construction roadmap for 2027, which focuses on accelerating concrete and finishing works across the Group\u2019s projects.<\/p>\n

Sequential handovers of the first towers within Track 10, Track 12, and Track 14 are scheduled to begin in the second half of 2028, leading to the complete delivery of the Group\u2019s remaining portfolio by 2030.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
