As part of the strategic partnerships being established by Qualiphi, the first digital platform for professional qualification and employment services management powered by AI technologies, the company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Odoo Middle East, a subsidiary of the global Odoo Group, a leading provider of open-source business management software, to launch the \u201cSales Ambassadors\u201d training program aimed at bridging the gap between academic education and labor market requirements for university students in Egypt.<\/p>\n
The program aims to train 1,000 university students in Egypt during its first year through training courses lasting between six and nine weeks each.<\/p>\n
The program combines structured educational workshops with active participation in sales operations, enabling participating students to acquire the practical experience needed to enter the labor market and meet its demands.<\/p>\n
The curriculum, designed by Odoo Middle East, comprises 11 training modules covering topics including software knowledge, inbound and outbound sales, customer journey mapping, negotiation skills, and time management.<\/p>\n
Outstanding participants will be considered for direct employment opportunities at Odoo Middle East upon successful completion of the program.<\/p>\n
Commenting on the partnership, Eng.
