Liberty Developments announced a new step reflecting its ongoing strategy to enhance the entertainment and tourism components within its latest projects.<\/p>\n
This comes through signing a contract with EMAK for Integrated Digital Solutions \u2014 a subsidiary of Al-Kharafi Group specialized in water and leisure developments \u2014 to develop the largest aqua park on Egypt\u2019s North Coast within AT project in Sidi Abdel Rahman.<\/p>\n
Mr. Ahmed Diab, Chairman of Liberty Developments, said that this agreement represents a strong addition to the project and is part of a series of strategic partnerships the company is executing with leading partners across various specialties.<\/p>\n
He added that the agreement aim is to deliver a unique and non-traditional experience in Egypt\u2019s real estate and tourism market through the AT project in the North Coast<\/p>\n
.Diab noted that the company has decided to develop the largest aqua park on Egypt\u2019s North Coast within the AT project in partnership with EMAK.<\/p>\n
This aligns with a broader vision to transform the project into a fully integrated entertainment and tourism destination, rather than a conventional coastal development, particularly amid rising demand for projects that combine leisure, hospitality living, and investment value.<\/p>\n
He also explained that the AT project is strategically located in Sidi Abdel Rahman at kilometer 127 on the North Coast, covering an area of 105 acres.<\/p>\n
The project is based on an \u201cOrganic Design\u201d concept that ensures seamless flow and integration across all elements, while maintaining low-density development with heights not exceeding ground floor plus two floors, offering greater privacy and enhanced comfort for residents and visitors.<\/p>\n
Liberty Developments\u2019 chairman pointed out that the project includes a fully integrated set of entertainment and tourism components, most notably a 30,000-square-meter aqua park, set to become the largest on Egypt\u2019s North Coast.<\/p>\n
It also features an extensive network of lagoons and a Lazy River connecting different parts of the development, in addition to three hotels that support year-round hospitality operations and enhance the project\u2019s tourism and investment appeal.<\/p>\n
He disclosed that the AT project is the first of its kind in the North Coast to obtain a fully licensed 100% hotel permit, giving it a strong competitive advantage and increasing its operational potential and investment returns.<\/p>\n
This comes in line with the state\u2019s direction to support coastal tourism and develop new tourist destinations.<\/p>\n
For his part, Ahmed Tawfik Regional Director of EMAK, stated that the development of the aqua park within the AT project represents a major engineering and entertainment challenge, particularly given its 30,000-square-meter area.<\/p>\n
He said that the development will not only be the largest in the North Coast in terms of size, but will also feature water rides and experiences being introduced for the first time in Egypt.<\/p>\n
He added that the first phase of the aqua park is targeted to be operational by the summer of 2027, noting that the project is being executed according to the latest global technologies and standards in the design and operation of entertainment and water facilities, ensuring an exceptional and unprecedented experience for residents and visitors.<\/p>\n
