CCR Developments has unveiled an ambitious expansion strategy for the upcoming period, focused on launching a pipeline of new projects while accelerating construction progress across its existing developments.<\/p>\n

This approach is set to strengthen the company\u2019s presence in real estate market and align with the state\u2019s urban development plans.<\/p>\n

For his part, Eng. Abanoub Taghian, Board Member of CCR Developments, stated that the company places well-planned expansion at the top of its priorities, in line with the state\u2019s vision for comprehensive development, particularly in new cities.<\/p>\n

He said that the company is working to diversify its project portfolio to meet the needs of different customer segments, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and execution.<\/p>\n

Taghian added that the company is simultaneously accelerating construction rates across its ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to scheduled delivery timelines and reinforcing its credibility and clients\u2019 trust.<\/p>\n

He noted that the coming phase will witness a clear momentum in execution across project sites, revealed the company\u2019s plan to launch a new residential project in New Capital, as part of its strategy to expand and strengthen its investment portfolio within one of Egypt\u2019s most prominent modern urban destinations.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s board member pointed out that the CCR Developments focuses on selecting prime strategic locations for its developments to secure optimal investment returns for its clients through efficient operation.<\/p>\n

For his part, Eng. Andrew Taghian, Board Member of CCR Developments, said that the New Capital stands out as one of the most promising investment destinations in Egyptian market, given its robust infrastructure and smart urban planning, in addition to distinctive investment opportunities it offers.<\/p>\n

He added that the growing demand from clients for both residential and investment purposes in the new capital reinforces the company\u2019s strategy to expand its development footprint there.<\/p>\n

Eng. Andrew Taghian noted that the upcoming project marks a strong launch for the company\u2019s expansion strategy, as CCR Developments aims to deliver a fully integrated real estate product that aligns with market expectations and creates real added value for clients.<\/p>\n

He also explained that the company is currently studying several other investment opportunities in strategic locations across the local market.<\/p>\n
