It also integrates modern technological features such as smart gates and electric vehicle charging stations, in line with sustainability trends and the shift toward smart cities.<br \/>\nHe further pointed out that the project offers a comprehensive range of carefully designed amenities to suit different lifestyles, including innovative green spaces (Green House), indoor and outdoor gyms, dedicated children\u2019s areas, yoga and meditation zones, as well as extended swimming lanes throughout the project.<br \/>\nSira also features walking tracks, a fully integrated 24\/7 security system, and spacious parking areas to accommodate both residents and visitors.<br \/>\nThe SIRA compound also includes a variety of residential units ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, offering flexible options suitable for both individuals and families. The project has a planned execution timeline of four years, with delivery scheduled in line with the highest quality standards.<br \/>\nAbdel Ghany also emphasized the company\u2019s commitment to providing innovative financing solutions that support customers\u2019 purchasing power, offering flexible payment plans of up to 10 years with no down payment. This reflects the company\u2019s commitment to expanding its customer base and providing real investment opportunities in Egypt\u2019s real estate market.<br \/>\nHe added, \u201cThe development marks the beginning of a new phase in Miqaat Developments\u2019 journey, during which we focus on delivering real value to the market through carefully designed projects that combine prime locations, smart design, and integrated services, in line with the aspirations of the new generation of clients and investors. This project also reinforces our strategy of delivering innovative developments that contribute to creating more sustainable and higher-quality communities.\u201d<br \/>\nHe revealed that Vodafone Egypt has been contracted as the project\u2019s strategic technology partner, responsible for delivering and managing the digital infrastructure services within the development.
