MRS Developments, a leader in integrated urban solutions, has officially announced the launch of its latest residential and commercial project, “VIALE,” located in the heart of New Obour City. This strategic move aims to solidify the company’s presence in East Cairo, offering a real estate product that seamlessly blends luxury with sustainable investment value.<\/p>\n

Eng. Sary Mostafa, Chairman of MRS Developments, stated that the launch of VIALE represents the culmination of the company\u2019s vision to transfer over 22 years of international expertise gained in Gulf markets to the Egyptian sector. He emphasized his firm belief that New Obour City is an exceptional location that serves a diverse segment of clients seeking distinction and quality.<\/p>\n

Spanning over 43,000 square meters, VIALE is designed as a fully integrated urban compound. It features 558 residential units distributed across 19 buildings, each consisting of a ground floor plus five storeys.<\/p>\n

Eng. Sary Mostafa highlighted that 80% of the project\u2019s total area is dedicated to lush greenery and landscaping to ensure a healthy environment and a unique lifestyle. “We fully recognize that on-ground execution is the true measure of client trust,” the Chairman added. “Engineering designs are already underway, with construction set to begin within the first year. We are committed to a three-year delivery schedule, supported by powerful alliances with success partners, most notably Mohamed Hafez Consultancy, MARS Smart Solutions, and Council Masters\u2014one of the industry\u2019s leading firms specializing in facility management and operations.”<\/p>\n

Eng. Sary Mostafa also noted that improving economic indicators and lower interest rates have driven an increased demand for real estate as a “safe haven” for investment. He affirmed that MRS aligns with the state\u2019s directives to support urban development and real estate exports, revealing plans for further expansion in East Cairo to be announced soon.<\/p>\n

Dr. Mohamed Rahal, Chief Commercial Officer at MRS Developments, emphasized the project’s market viability. “VIALE is more than just a residential complex; it is a comprehensive community featuring a 6,000-square-meter commercial, administrative, and medical mall,” he explained.
