Eng. Wael Saeed, CEO and founder of Maamar Al-Moez Development, revealed details of his latest project, “Gozal City,” in the heart of Sadat City, amidst a grand celebratory atmosphere. The event featured a performance by star Tamer Ashour, showcasing world-class live production, and was attended by a large number of VIPs, clients, brokers, and families from across Egypt.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Saeed explained that “Gozal City” boasts one of the most distinguished locations in Sadat City. Situated on the city’s central axis, directly opposite Sadat City University, it enjoys an exceptional strategic location, just 10 minutes from the desert highway, making it easily accessible from various governorates.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Saeed stated that the “Gozal City” project spans 100,000 square meters, with investments ranging from 4 to 5 billion Egyptian pounds. It includes 1,000 residential units, 200 commercial units, and several hotel units, a type of accommodation not currently available in Sadat City, specifically targeting university students.<\/p>\n

The project also includes a private hospital and three swimming pools, one of which is a covered pool for women.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Eng. Wael Saeed confirmed that 250 residential units are planned for the first phase, with an initial price of 18,000 Egyptian pounds per square meter.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Eng. Wael Saeed pointed out that “Gozal City,” located in the heart of Sadat City, reflects Maamar Al-Moez’s vision, aligning with and supporting Egypt’s Vision 2030 by creating a modern community of the highest standard, characterized by high quality, comfort, and sustainability, along with smart and integrated services for an easier and more enjoyable family life.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is worth noting that Maamar Al-Moez has previously implemented a number of large-scale projects in prime locations within Sadat City, including more than 60 commercial towers and more than three malls.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Maamar Al-Moez is also planning upcoming projects in Sheikh Zayed City and New Cairo, with details to be revealed in the near future.<\/p>\n

The launch party for “Gozal City” featured a performance by star Tamer Ashour amidst a world-class live atmosphere. The event was hosted by the distinguished media personality Nancy Magdy and organized internationally by producer Yasser El Hariri of “Amazon Entertainments.” DJ Amr Sow, fireworks by Ahmed Gamal, sound by Sherif El Agha, lighting by Marriott, and security by Triumph also contributed to the festivities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
