“APA” award is regarded as one of the most prestigious real estate awards in the region, and it recognizes the significant contribution and superior performance of Inertia in implementing one of the company’s leading top-notch projects “Jefaira”.

Eng. Ahmed El Adawy, CEO of Inertia, said “Winning this award is a significant addition to the company’s record of achievements, and an affirmation on implementing our urban development strategy, stemming from our belief in supporting the government in its 2030 vision of real estate sustainable urban development plan.

He also pointed out that “Jefaira occupies the largest and most significant part of the company’s current efforts, especially in light of the unprecedented urbanization of the North Coast, which comes in parallel with the government plan in establishing new touristic destinations as the New Alamein”

Jefaira owns the largest share of the company’s owned land portfolio and this was one of the reasons that qualified it to the APA awards.
