Huawei, the world pioneer in information and communication technology solutions, participates in the Egypt Petroleum Show “EGYPS 2022”, held from February 14-16, 2022 under the patronage of H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

Huawei is the Bronze Sponsor of the show, which comes in line with its strategy that seeks to provide new solutions and technologies to serve and digitally transform the energy sector, and support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as well as Egypt vision 2030.

In its booth, Huawei will showcase its latest technologies and solutions that drive the digitization of the energy sector, increasing efficiency and productivity, through offering its latest technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Cloud. The company facilitates research on underground oil and gas reservoirs, building intelligent safe and stable pipelines, building green digital and smart gas stations, advancing green energy with zero carbon emissions.

Moreover, Huawei demostrates its vision for clean energy and enhancing the sector’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions in light of Egypt’s preparations to host the UN Climate Change Conference (COP27).

Furthermore, Huawei will also sign a number of MoUs and partnerships with several companies operating in the energy field to provide its technologies, helping them achieve their digital transformation strategies and maximizing the industrial value of their projects.

It is worth noting that Huawei participates for the second time in EGYPS, offering its technologies and showcasing the best practices to help achieve the digital transformation of the sector and raise its efficiency.

These ICT innovations have been implemented in more than 45 oil and gas producing countries across the world to serve 70% of the world’s 20 largest oil and gas companies, leveraging the sustainable development strategies 2030.
