DELIVERING HAPPINESS EGYPT HOSTED THEIR FIRST LEGENDARY MASTERCLASS IN EGYPT AND THE MENA REGION

For the first time in Egypt and the MENA region, Delivering Happiness hosted their legendary masterclass through their Delivering Happiness Egypt Company (DHE). The masterclass aims to offer large businesses & corporates with the “best of” their proven model and frameworks using the “Science of Happiness” and culture experience to empower large & small businesses with the key elements to design a culture that is profitable, sustainable and grows alongside the business.

Hosted at Mountain View, DHE educated companies using science-backed & data driven knowledge and positive psychology to demonstrate the value a happier workplace can have within the organization. They came up with solutions to experience the 5 elements of delivering happiness, align their personal values, built a culture of happiness, how they should measure their culture and create a culture action plan. Delivering Happiness Egypt has proven to offer customizable and relatable messages to the attendees regardless of where they are on their culture journey or the number of employees within their organization either big ones or even small proving success across both large corporates and startups.
