An Egyptian-Emirati alliance aims to control Construction, water and energy projects in the Middle East and Africa

The signing of these protocols came at the headquarters of the Emirati Group in the Emirate of Dubai, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Ahmed Ramadan, Chairman of the Holding Company for the Emirati ARJ Group of Companies. And Mr. Dr. Nader Al-Mahmoud, General Manager, ARJ – USA And both Eng. Mohamed Ahmed Badran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alexandria For Engineering Works Company, and Eng. Yasser Zakaria, Executive Director and Director of International Business Development, at the group’s headquarters in the Emirate of Dubai.

His Excellency Sheikh Mohamed Ahmed Ramadan expressed his great welcome to cooperate with the major Egyptian companies in order to create a giant investment entity with high capacity that would be harnessed to serve development and investment projects in various fields of energy, water and construction according to the requirements of the markets, whether in the Arab Republic of Egypt or the United Arab Emirates, and the alliance would be the nucleus for expansion Also in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and African countries. Ramadan emphasized Egypt’s standing with him and that he always follows in the footsteps of His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan, may God have mercy on him, who recommended Egypt and its people well.

Dr. Nader Al-Mahmoud also stressed the determination of the Emirati group to have a strong presence in the Egyptian market, given that Egypt has an important position on the investment map now and in the future. For his part, Engineer Mohamed Ahmed Badran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Alexandria For Engineering Works Company, stressed the strength of the relations that bind the two countries, which is reflected in the good investment in various fields in light of the openness in the fields of water, energy and construction projects in Egypt in shade of the country’s plan for development and development under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, who built the new republic.

For his part, Eng. Yasser Zakaria, CEO, revealed that steps have been taken to establish a company in the UAE, and that this alliance will be the nucleus for joint expansion in Egypt, the Middle East and Africa.
It is worth noting that the Emirati ARJ Group consists of 49 companies. The group covers all sectors of building, construction and investment. It has partnerships with many local and foreign banks and trades in securities on the stock exchange. It is also considered one of the largest international companies and has a presence in more than 36 countries with a capital of more than three billion US Dollars.
